We had a call at 6:30 am actually 2 calls the first one we didn’t answer. Stunning us out of our sleep the ring stopped then couple minutes past and it rang again. They said they were from the front desk and wanted to know if we knew two people which we didn’t. They then asked for my husband who was sleeping and asked me what he was doing. I said he was sleeping and why were they calling so early and they just said my apologies and they hung up. On the way up the next morning we had someone in the hallway and then they came into the elevator with us. Then they came out and followed us down the hall out into the lobby and then they exited I don’t know who these people were, but you guys definitely have a problem with your security and we would never stay at the Sandman again.

The room was great! I only wished they had milk offered in their vending services because i forgot to grab some. (So that’s my fault not their’s) 😉

The room was incredibly hot with no other option except to turn on the AC which was not really an option in December. There was also a lot of noise in the hallways throughout the night and the door often moved significantly when others opened and closed.
