The room was nice enough. Very warm and the window didn’t open. The staff seemed friendly enough. I wish the one bottle of water in our room that I thought was complimentary wasn’t actually $8.00, I never would have opened it! I wish there’d been toiletries like make up remover and q-tips.

Dining room and food were fabulous! Geat servers and wine e pert. Front desk staff were also very knowledgeable and helpful. The room we were in however was terribly shabby. Chopping paint everywhere, bathtub was at least 20 years old and the window sill area was chipped paint on chipped wood window frames. The baseboards were chipped and dirty and there was only one chair to sit in and we were a party if two so I had to sit on the ottoman. Arborite countertops in the bathroom that were old and worn. Caulking was messy and needed replacing. The room itself was certainly not worth $200 + per night! Luckily the restaurants and staff in the restaurants were the saving grace for this hotel.

Our stay left very little to no things desired, (except to have been able to be there longer)! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was very clean and pristine. Over all cleanliness of the hotel was 100%!

Very expensive room and beautiful hotel but the king size bed had permanent concaves; slept very poorly. walls are very thin and could hear every tiny thing from the next room.

Maintenance does a quick job. Careless paint on the beautiful, historic doorhandle in the bathroom. Bathroom tile old fashioned but not authentic. No coffee in foyer, no newspaper. For the $ for a room, throw in some cheap treats that make the customer feel appreciated.
