Fabulous Hotel

This is one of the loveliest hotels we have stayed at. The exterior is impressive and the lobby is beautiful. The dining room is gorgeous and the food was delicious. We also sat outside at the Terrace restaurant and had a delicious Happy Hour. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. This hotel has managed to keep its beautiful interior perfectly warm and inviting Kudos!!!

Lobby was nice. Bed was very comfortable. Room felt sparse with furniture that did not fit the grand past of the hotel. The Forks nearby was worthwhile to go to, great selection of places to eat.

The room was clean to the eyes upon entering but when looking for an outlet noticed large dark coffee spills all along the baseboards and floor which hadn’t been wiped down at all. The cost of Expedia not being honoured but the astronomical cost of parking added on. Cost of Expedia 739 incl taxes, final cost 858 for three nights…. It’s unconscionable. Will never return. The front desk staff were condescending and rude when we inquired about the difference of over 100$ we learned our lesson with this property and will not be back

Classy hotel and friendly staff, our bed and pillows were very comfortable for sleeping. The shower was nice but our toilet was running on and off the entire time. The robes were cozy. Service at dinner was good but slow. Overall we loved our stay here! Parking cost was extra but convenient.

FIRST TIMER.

OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS AWESOME. BEDS WERE TOOOO SOFT COULD NOT FIGURE OUT THE REMOTE FOR A HANDICAPPED ROOM THE BED WAS TOO HIGH TO TRANSFER FROM WHEEL CHAIR TO BED, ONCE ON THE BED SO SOFT THAT ONE COULD NOT MOVE ON THE BED.

Stayed here on the night of our wedding. Was very disapointed in the room. Only one beside lamp worked. There was only one towel in the bathroom for showering. The matress was uncomfortable with a very porly fitted matress topper. The pillows were lumpy and uncomfortable and was very disappointed that there was no microwave or fridge in the room. As well as theres only one ice machine located on the third floor. Would never stay here again.

What Other Hotels Should Aim For

Although it helps having a grand hotel, other hotels should aim to give the level of service the FG does. From the maintenance workers that keep things running, to the cleaners that do a superb job, to the front of house staff that don't over due it, but do it just right. This is a great place to stay.
