No place at the hotel with grass for a dog. Not pet friendly, no elevator for someone who is getting a knee replacement. Terrible.

Arrived at hotel just after 8 pm to a locked front door. There was a button to push to contact staff. Button was pushed many times. There was also a phone number available to call. Tried that and got a fax machine. Stood outside for 10 minutes until the only staff member on duty came back to the front desk.
