"reception staff were very welcoming as well as efficient bar staff were good but sometimes unaware of clients needs outside on the patio breakfast staff were a little too efficient, but the breakfast was excellent basic room was very good all round and clean and the walk into Bowness quite easy entrance steps a little difficult for the elderly...no rail plenty of parking...but it should be free I would visit again"
