Reception staff, an old woman,very indifferent. Room and rooms,very bad Sound insulation. Very later breakfast open time! 8:30 start, and the breakfast restaurant door opens 8:31! Lot of guests waiting outside the breakfast restaurant, they even not open 1 min early, let guests seat down, take coffee or tea to wait, that is really absurdity and indifference for guests!

We arrived slightly early for our check in , However it didn't seem to be an issue. The lady on reception was chatty and pleasant. The guest house is clean and tidy and the rooms were nice. There's loads of tea and coffee in the room. They even have their own bar near reception. The breakfast is outstanding with plenty of choice, however the full breakfast is a must.
