Alicia at the front desk was awesome! She was very busy and she remained friendly and professional. My room was clean and inviting. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would be happy to stay here again if I’m traveling in the area.

This is an odd review. The staff were fantastic. Checkin was smooth and friendly. Unfortunatly, the bed may have had "bedbugs." I am not an exterminator or an entomologist but that would be my guess. We left the room in the middle of the night. When I called about my issue the next day, the staff was fantastic again. They did not give me a hard time and issued a refund. Maybe this was a rare occurance for this hotel but the room was average, the bed was NOT clean, and the staff were excellent. Good luck if you decide to give it a try.

We booked a room through Expedia and when we arrived, we were given a key that opened a room that was already in use. Then we were told they didn’t have any other rooms and we couldn’t stay there. Then the hotel couldn’t give us a refund and told us it’s out of their hands and we need to go through Expedia.

Horrible, arrived and they were overbooked and couldn’t give us a room. We were unable to get any money back. So it sucked paying for a room we weren’t given.

Floor was dirty and sticky. You could smell pot every time we went out of our room. The grab and go breakfast was a joke. Had only a very small soap to share. No ice machine and a very small ice tray. Trash everywhere on outside of building.

Please don’t stay at this place.

First of all, when we got there, they had no keys, they were out of them. Because of that, they did not give us a room. The manager finally came in and gave us the room. It was all torn up. There was no curtains, there was no curtains on the shower, the drain in the shower did not work, the elevator did not work, it had a horrible marijuana smell. I checked in for five days but checked out after one day. On the Internet, it had a very nice presentation. They deceived us and rest of the other visitors. When I ask for money back, they refused to give us. Currently, I’m fighting with my credit card company to get my money back.

Nothing. I found roaches and fruitflies all over my room. Their room cleNing and trash policies are disgusting, and the "trash room" is so vile you cant even set your trash down without nearly puking. I will never stay at extended stay America again. I will chose to sleep in my car for a week over this place. I only stayed 2 of the 7 nights and still have yet to be contacted about reimbursement.

DO NOT STAY THERE!!!

One of the absolute worst stays I’ve ever had at a hotel. There was a stinch in the room that caused me to use air freshener multiple times. The tub was clogged, the shower did not work, there was no linen for a shower. I travel frequently, this was a last minute trip, I would’ve been better sleeping in my truck in the parking lot.

DO NOT STAY HERE. THE HALLS HAVEN'T BEEN VACCUMMED OR CLEANED IN FOREVER. THE ROOM WE GOT WE WEREN'T ABLE TO STAY IN. WATER IN THE BATHROOM SINK WAS SHUT OFF, SMOKE DETECTOR WAS HANGIN OFF THE WALL, THE BED HAD STAINS, BABY TOYS, WRAPPERS AND ANTS. THE WINDOW WAS OPEN AND BROKEN ON THE OTHER SIDE. THE FURNITURE HAD STAINS, AND DUST, THE DOOR HANDLE TO LEAVE ROOM WAS BROKEN AND CAME OFF IN MY HAND. TOTAL FIRE HAZARD. I ASKED FOR CLEANING PRODUCTS TO HAVE MY HUSBAND WIPE STUFF DOWN UNTIL THEY GOT US OUT OF THERE OF IN ANOTHER ROOM. IT ALSO HAD AN ODOR. SHOULD I CONTINUE?

The place looks kind of sketchy and there was no security after hours. After 12:30am, we walked right in and didn't have to swipe the key card or anything all while no one was at the front desk. That is not safe. There was blood in the creases of the toilet seat. It's a place to stay for one night so you can't expect too much.
