It took almost 30 minutes to produce room keys. Rude desk staff. No in room coffee maker and coffee in lobby ran out each morning by 8:00 and they made no more.

There is trash, an RV, and stolen shopping carts full of junk around the property. It is in poor condition, smells of marijuana, and is overall very unsafe.

The hotel needs a complete makeover. Started with when entering the building there were piles of garbage (invitation for rodents) The interior of the hallways- walls filthy carpeting was beyond filthy. The room- the lock on the door did not work, the cabinets in the “kitchen” were falling apart, Take a shower and there was hair in the tub go to grab a towel and it was stained. We slept with the lights on but that didn’t matter because we woke up to a cockroach on shower curtain. We quickly checked out once we saw that. Would never ever stay here again. Place should be shut down permanently. Front desk staff also not helpful.

Stayed here during family weekend for UD. Dirty, old, noisy, and unkempt (kinda smelly too). Staff was nice tho. Not a good choice unless you’re desperate.

This place shouldn’t even be allowed to operate. The room was old, dirty, stained, not clean. The carpet was damp. The kitchen floor was slimy. The sink had a piece of hair stuck to the faucet. There was a very questionable stain on the headboard. We couldn’t get out of there fast enough.

No clean Linens you have to give them Linens to have them clean. No kitchenware for you to cook in the kitchen. Back burner and room 116 did not work at all. three and a half room condition did not mop the floors dirty. The P-trap underneath the sink in room 116 was leaking profusely. But the overall performance from staff I give five stars

AY AWAY - Suites. Very poor place — we only stayed for one night. When we arrived, the trash from the previous guest had not been taken out, the towels on the rack were dirty, hair on the bathroom and the sheets were stained. When we called for assistance, nobody was available at night or in the morning to remove the trash or bring clean towels. No staff around at all — service??? To make matters worse, noisy guests were running, laughing, and slamming doors in the middle of the night, with of course nobody to address the situation. The “breakfast area” needed serious attention, sugar and coffee everywhere, and the parking lot had boxes and beer cans scattered around. They charge you, but you don’t even receive basic cleanliness or service

Smoke alarm aas beeping and i told front desk about it they didnt do anything. Floors smell like weed. Bathroom needs to get fixed.. I would not recommend staying there

This place was horrrrible. My room wasn’t clean, didn’t have wash rags , they advertise breakfast included which is why I originally booked that and the full kitchen, their breakfast is literally an assortment of muffins , & the kitchen is pointless unless you’re traveling with your own dishes. My shower was being held together by a plastic bag 0/10 do not recommend.
