"The staff was friendly and welcoming, the room was bigger than expected, my only issue was the bathroom shower must of had a leak around the edges because when I got out there was water all over the bathroom floor and I know I closed that glass door to shower. It happening to my husband when he showered too. "

"Hotel and staff were very nice. Breakfast consists of coffee, tea and fruit. Pastries can be purchased. The room was nice, not what I would consider a 4 star (i.e., not comparable to the nearby Hyatt). Charge of $5 per piece to store luggage."

Extremely clean; rooms were very quiet and even with the city view we had a view of the lake; central location; helpful staff; Amuse is a great little restaurant/bar in the lobby; right across the street from the stairs down to the river walk; close to Navy Pier and can walk to shopping on Michigan Ave. Perfect for our long weekend stay."
