I did not like very much about this place. It was costly for what I received. The so called breakfast was very disappointing. The room I ate in was very small. The room I slept in was not clean. The bath tub was dirty. The toilet felt like I was sitting on the floor it was so low. The highlight was the TV in the room worked. It looks like they are in the process of renovating which it really needs. No working ice machine.

Overpriced. Needs desperate updates need to move them along faster. Matress was the worst. I read past reports on working to improve. But either not fast enough. Or not at all. I would stay again with updates. Otherwise no. Staff very good helpful. And happy

The room was dirty and worn out. When I stepped into the shower the water off my feet turned black because the carpet was so dirty. The paint was peeling off the door and the room had a unusual odor. The only saving grace was that it is close to the Ark Encounter. It was not worth what we paid for the room.

Once again fooled by pictures online. This place is being renovated, the carpet was nasty, General cleanliness of room was not great,but beds were clean. Bed felt like I was sleeping on plywood and wood crates. No amenities, very old property.

Dirty carpet, dirty shower, door to parking lot didnt close tight, towels were small and frayed, and scratchy. Breakfast was very, very sparse.
