The room and hotel were clean, the bed was comfortable but there were a few issues. In our room, the toilet tank fill valve tended to get stuck, the lavatory water flow was weak, and the shower diverter didn't work quite right. It was an okay hotel room except for the plumbing problems.

"It’s an excellent hotel. The staff was outstanding. The happy hour kickoff was great and so was the breakfast.. the only problem I had there should be an easier way to check out even when you use like Expedia. Cause right now if you use someone other than the hotel website to book, you have to go to the parking garage back your car up then drive clear around to the front of the hotel. Go inside to check out. It would be so much easier if you could just check out on the TV app or something other than having to go through all the extra steps that is the only thing wrong with this hotel."
