What a dump. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. I am perplexed by the good reviews. It doesn’t look like the pictures. I knew right when I drove up that it was a mistake. I travel frequently for business, stay in a lot of hotels and this by far was the worst. I can’t believe Wyndham would attach their name to this. VERY BAD WIFI. Constantly in and out. I was here for business and fortunately did not schedule any video calls. I had to use the hot spot on my phone the entire stay. I complained about it a few times and it wasn’t until I asked to speak to a manager (who apparently does not keep a set schedule and was MIA) that a front desk clerk and maintenance man called my room to try and help. If you could call asking me to contact tech support to fix the issue. I told them I don’t have time for that. The MIA manager should be sitting on the phone with tech support, not me. They acted like it was my just my room having an issue. It wasn’t my room. Horrible surrounding area with bar/strip club in the back parking lot. Loud music until the early morning hours. Lots of noise in the parking lot. Tub was clogged so it filled up as I was taking a shower. Stains on bedding on 2nd bed when I came into the room. Should have been obvious when the bed was made and I saw it immediately when I walked in. Holes in sheets. Stay somewhere else. I should have left after the first of two nights.

We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel because, honestly even with reviews, ya never know. The outside was well kept. It's a weird location, you kinda have to zig around to get to the entrance, but no biggie. Inside looks to have been recently updated with a nice color scheme of teal and purple, and the coolest counter tops in the bathrooms and breakfast area. I love anything that sparkles, so those caught my eye! Anyway, the breakfast was great. A nice variety of hot foods like hash browns, eggs, sausage- or cold foods like cereals, fruit, and yogurt with some toppings available. Decent coffee station. The beds were comfortable, all the room amenities were great. I was especially happy to see the full size bottles of Dove shampoo, conditioner, and body wash since I forgot ours at home- whoops. Outdoor patio area was cozy of an evening. However, a guy did give us the 3rd degree about how we got into the pool area after 10pm (my hubs and I were just sitting in the chairs having a drink as the patio seating was full). We told him we used our card and came out the door, and he acted like we were lying. I mean, we certainly didn't scale the fence or jump out our window. There's a camera pointed at the door, so roll that beautiful bean footage and see for yourself, pal. Also, housekeeping comes a'knockin at 8:40 in the morning without fail. We're on vacation, sister. Let us sleep! But all in all, it's a great place and we enjoyed it. We definitely recommend!

Staff was not only unwelcoming but I’d classify them as rude. Terrible hotel that I wouldn’t recommend to anyone. If the camera was turned around for hotel picture you’d see it’s located right next to a highway. If you enjoy sharing your living space with trucks and cars this is for you. Do your self a favor and book another hotel.

Room & bathroom were very clean which is paramount for us. The tv had no signal initially so called front desk and had to unplug box and plug back in and then it worked. TV did have a crack in the right hand corner but other than that everything else was great. I liked the fact that there was only a rug under the bed and the rest was new looking LVT which was very clean
