Overall disappointed with this property. The walls were very thin and we could hear the neighbors conversations too clearly. While the bathroom was clean, the floor had leftover food particles (whole Cheerios) and the bedspread had visible stains. Finally, the front desk at check in gave us the wrong times for the breakfast in the morning, so we missed it by 2 minutes. I won’t stay at this property or hotel chain for that matter again.

Cleanliness not on point. Ice machine on floor not working. Bar advertised and why we picked this hotel was not open! Told breakfast was served till 10 am, went down at 9 and doors closed, asked and said food gone closed. Have stayed here several times, but won’t be of choice again!

Stayed at property in 2021 and was pleased. However this visit revealed less attention to detail. For example, stained bed linens, mystery hairs on pillow, wear in and around shower. Hotel is pet friendly and it felt like every customer had a dog accompanying them.
