"Trash was all over the parking lot. There weren't enough staff on duty to help control customers or check-in. "Very dated and dirty. Only one working elevator, all the buttons were cracked/broken. Carpet in halls dirty, carpet in room had very questionable stains. Coffee maker in room was absolutely disgusting with caked on filth. To sum it up, my husband said “I think we might need to get a tetanus shot” ..."
