The breakfasts were certainly adequate, but limited variety. That would certainly not deter my staying there again. Only one bath towel was in the room and no bath mat. Commode made an awful noise when flushed. (Room 425) Coffee pot leaked water. We sat it on a bathcloth. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and professional. Overall it was a very good stay, and we plan to stay there next year when we’re down for the meeting.

Room was in good condition. Staff was friendly and efficient. Water flow in the bathroom sink was very low, shower pressure was good. Breakfast foods were all cold with no access to a microwave. There was also no microwave in the room.

Bathroom had used soiled towels and the floor had not been cleaned or swept. Hair was from the bathroom room into the bedroom floor. There were clean towels and the bed was made. I wiped down all counter surfaces. The TV stayed on for 10-15 minutes then shut off. I reported these issues to the person on duty. I was told it would be taken care. It wasn’t. Breakfast didn’t start until 8a or later, no staff. I couldn’t speak with the a. m. Manager he was busy making breakfast. I was because I booked online I would not receive a refund or anything. Therefore, I will not book online in the future. This is the second time (booking w/Expedia) I have had a hotel issue and could not get a refund or free night stay or some kind of compensation.

Last min booking - paid in full- arrived - was not greeted and stood waiting then was told no keys available but that wasn't the case there were no rooms available. Was told 15 minutes so we left and grabbed a bite. Upon return we were given a key to our room after 8pm and room was dirty, no hand towels, or soap and bed pillow cases didn't appear clean. It was disappointing for the amount of money it cost -

Too many chemicals were being sprayed in the building. My family member had allergies and asthma. I had to get him out of the hotel, now he is sick. Caution ⛔️ signs should be put in place or guests should be informed about the chemicals. Front desk and management was very unprofessional in solving this manner. Also, I know they are pet friendly, but the hotel looks like a petting zoo, with all those animals.

Had 2 rooms. One room was dirty at a very late check in. Guys slept in the work truck. Went back 2nd night and house keeping started to clean room but stopped and never returned 2nd room was clean but house keeping never came by in 3 days. Not worth price paid

We reserved a room with a king bed and checked in at 5:30 pm. We were told no rooms with a king bed were clean, and when we asked how long it would be the 2 receptionists said they had no idea and seemed completely uncaring. We took a room with 2 queens beds and one of the coffee cups leaked, the refrigerator had been left partially open and had a big chunk of ice in it. This place needs to be updated—there are not enough plugs and I had difficulty using my CPap because the table by the bed had no available outlets and TV ere was so little space on the other side of the bed. It was not a good place to stay
