Nice property, great location but room had not been thoroughly cleaned we had feces smeared on the toilet and shower curtain. Hotel and Travelocity did not fully accommodate which was unfortunate and not great customer service recovery!

Room was large and comfortable. Room had electrical and plumbing problems. Lights out and some wall sockets didn't work.

I have always liked Hyatt Place. This facility is in a great area. I was disappointed in a few things. 1. There was absolutely no effort in providing a quality breakfast. Nutrigrain Bars, Small yogurts, water, and coffee. I’ve been in several hotels in the area this past year…mostly 2.5 stars like Comfort Inn or HI Express. This was not even close to this facility’s effort. 2. There were no snack offerings like there normally would be at a Hyatt place. 3. Staff was very friendly, however things just seemed to be odd. It seemed some had their kids with them during the day as they worked…even into the evening. And I also noticed a lot of doors “propped open”. Not just in the day, but also at night. Many had people in the rooms. Just seemed like several safety concerns to me. I would go back, but only if it was a bargain price and I was alone on business. I would not if my family was with me.

I've stayed here for years, but things have gone south. I tried to check in at 4pm, was told housekeeping would be done in 15-20 minutes. At 4:30, was told they didn't know when rooms would be ready. I went and ate dinner and got gas. Back at 5:30, still no rooms. I waited til 6:30, still no rooms, and gave up. Found another hotel. I really liked this place, but I'll stay somewhere else from now on.

Friendly staff, clean safe area. Nice shopping center right next door with good restaurants. Room is spacious and clean.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was ok. Bathroom was extremely small and pretty much in the bedroom. Bathroom was so close to beds it felt like they were in one room. Bathroom door was inches from toilet. Tub and sink needed cleaning. Our door key didn’t work and had to be let into room few times until the system was updated. They over charged me for an extra day. Took few says to correct it. No breakfast. No room cleaning or replenish of needed supplies. Had to go to front desk to get clean towels, soap, and toilet paper.

the service and staff were friendly and excellent and prompt. the room was wonderful, but no microwave. could have used a trashcan in the bathroom. I did not expect to have to join a hyatt rewards membership in order to have access to the breakfast buffet.
