Had one nign Booked and once we arrived we was informed all they had available was the 4th floor and elevators didn’t work. Well my wife is on oxygen and couldn’t climb the Steps.

The room is new and clean. Breakfast can be improved. Scramble eggs are too dry. Tater tots were hard to eat.
