Enjoy the protected wildlife preserve right in front of you, teeming with birdlife. Sandwiched between Madison, Clinton and Old Saybrook this beach home is beautifully and conveniently located to restaurants, outlet shopping and an easy half hour commute to Yale and New Haven University.

The community is part of the prestigious Pilot's Point Marina and walking to see the boats and yachts on the way to Bacari Social makes for a scenic seaside stroll.
Sailing enthusiasts, ocean lovers, beach bums or shopaholics-- all your needs are met here thanks to Clinton Crossing and the Westbrook Outlets, Westbrook's white sandy beaches, and the bustling boat life at the marina right next door.
