"Check in took 20 min The landscaping is a mess The room was not cleaned to a reasonable standard The ceiling in the shower drops plaster when you’re showering The recliner wouldn’t close The heating vent in the bedroom was rusted and falling apart The bath towels a barely a step above paper towels The electric receptacles are so worn, plugs wouldn’t stay in We’ll have to take Sonesta off our list"
