"the rooms looked unfinished for a LUXURY hotel concrete was the decor walls and ceiling the floor was cold and not carpeted had a leak in bathroom and had to change rooms rather than get it fixed so it flooded the hall by next morning and had to listen to the carpet cleaner in the hall to clean up water for leak all morning. the only thing good about the stay was the staff they were amazing"

"Great kitchen with all appliances but also staples like flour and other supplies for use in cooking/baking. I liked the windowless bedroom, cabinets were plentiful and well-stocked in kitchen, everything was very clean and enough towels. Toilet worked better when I poured additional water into tank. First time stay at place with no front desk. Remote person could have better explained timing of providing needed entry code. Only complaint."

"Every friendly and helpful staff. A little pricey on the parking. My 1st time in Baton Rouge and was a great stay. The room was tiny for the money it cost me. My wife and i couldn't walk around without bumping into each other. "
