We had a nice warm welcome when we arrived. The public areas are lovely and imviting. We were shown to our room which was on the ground floor. The room was perfect with an excellent comfy bed. The bathroom was also very well presented.

Best Western The Hatfield Hotel

Ufford Park Woodbridge Hotel, Golf & Spa
Spa - barely call it that. Spa staff were rude, unhelpful and unprofessional Bar staff was polite but slow in service. Good choice of drinks . General areas were relatively clean . Rooms were the best bit, spacious, clean, well equipped and comfortable beds .
