Everything ok but the breakfast scrambled eggs were stone cold and the salmon was part cold and part warm where it has been waiting on the hot plate and coffee took twenty mins to arrive. Would be nice to have oat milk in the rooms but lovely staff!

Room was dirty with previous guests rubbish under bed. Small, very bad condition paint peeling off walls and doors. Bathroom tiny and shower leaked. Staff were very unfriendly and unwelcoming.

Starting with a very helpful receptionist, ending with delicious food! My partner and I had a perfect stay in this hotel! We only regret we had the opportunity to stay for one night but we will definitely come back in the future. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Lovely position for the beach and excellent views from the outside restaurant. (Shame about the wrinkly fake grass flooring) Attractive restaurant and tearoom Probably most unhelpful hotel I’ve ever been to but was good value If it had new stair carpets inside, new flooring outside and better trained staff it would be an excellent hotel

Great stay

Excellent hotel. Had a wonderful stay. Great food and service was second to none. Recommend seeing a show at Gorleston theatre which is 5 minutes walk away. Will return soon

We have stayed before and all staff were friendly. However this stay some of staff not so friendly or helpful. No hangers in one of rooms booked and tv not working properly in another of the rooms we booked. The bar and restaurant is really nice but the Norfolk lounge needs updating. It needs cushions on sofas and needs making more comfortable. The continental buffet breakfast is basic for and needs more choice of fruit and yogurts.

Very tired hotel. Mattress was very stained and covered with extra sheets to mask rusty and stained devan. Shower has good pressure but is covered in lime-scale: sink did not drain and plug was broken. Woken at 7am when extraction vent below window was started.

Had a problem with the fan in bathroom was told it was goes off after a little while all the steam has gone . But no one had used the bathroom . Only to be woken up at 12.45 with the fan making a horrendous screaming noise . Did make a recording and play it to reception on departure no real apology for disturbed night sleep just we will look into it . No real apology
