As I said before customer service was not very friendly at all. Manager Debbie K. was Very rude. Windows didnt open. Heat ticking ALL Night. I ? Bedbugs for valid reasons..Sad & Digested I paid so much just to see my😞

There was chewed up gum in the sheets and one of the beds. Only offer was to change sheets . Manager manager Debbie Kerrson was Very rude. The heating unit kept ticking is all night long. I barely slept.

I had no problems with the hotel. Expedia on the other had caused me to almost lose my job! I had to pay the hotel and you because my flight was cancelled and the people at Expedia were rude and refused to help me.

Very clean property.. staff was friendly. room was immaculate. Food at dining area was very good.. coffee in downstairs area was also very good(Starbucks) .we wanted to use the pool but we ran out of time(only here 1 night) I am very picky and found place very good. I would recommend.
