Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was fine. Beds were comfy. Could have used some new blankets on the beds but no big deal. The blankets left for the sofa bed were gross, pilled and ripped. What was really horrible was breakfast! Coffee tasted watered-down, no milk for cereal or coffee except oat milk. We were brought milk upon request. One bagel and a few pieces of white toast and one fritata looking thing in a chafing dish. No yogurt, fruit or other breads and/or pastries. We were down for breakfast 15 minutes before closing but really?? Not cool!

Well above average!

Pros: Clean, comfortable and quiet..
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay! I'm in town every week for three days and I would stay there every week. Unfortunately the non-sale price is above what my employer will reimburse. But I will watch for sales and return whenever I can.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet
This was clearly one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in. And I say that even though I have stayed in some of the most expensive hotels throughout the country, including the Beverly Hilton. It was clean, the staff was very friendly the fact that it was a suite with a full kitchen, living room area with a 42 inch Samsung LED TV and a large bedroom with a king size bed and another Samsung LED TV. The bathroom was large and there was also a vanity right outside so that my wife could put her makeup on while I was taking a shower. Not to mention the free breakfast, dinner during the week along with free cocktails during the 2 hour happy hour.

A Convenient Place to Stay

Pros: Free breakfast, Free Internet
Cons: Noisy
The staff has always been attentive to our requests - use of a dvd player, complaints to the desk about noise from other guests, change of rooms from smoking to non. The location for us was very convenient for our visits to family at Middlewoods of Farmington which is around the corner. The walls are paper-thin and every cough or whatever noise from the wall-shared rooms can be heard...not a pleasure in the middle of the night. Room maintenance could be better...

Great Value!

Because of the length of our stay (20 days), we received an additional discount from our usual government rate. Our king one-bedroom suite was very comfortable and very clean. Maid staff was very attentive and went beyond duty to accommodate us, providing extra coffee, cookies and popcorn. Full size refrigerator with ice maker, 2-burner stove top, microwave, and coffeemaker are also provided. Televisions in LR and BR, too. The closet was large and provided ample storage room for our long stay. The only complaint was lack of drawer space, which was less than we needed.\n\nInside corridor rooms look onto a courtyard (covered with snow most of the time we were there), where you can grill and play outdoor games when weather permits. But the year-round indoor pool was wonderful-clean, well-kept and fairly large. Poolside furniture and towels provided as well as changing and shower room.\n\nBreakfasts (7 days week) and dinners(Mon-Thur) are included in price. The breakfasts include belgian waffles, hot and cold cereals, fresh fruits, usually a breakfast meat and eggs, as well as breads, bagels, muffins and condiments. Dinners can range from hot dogs to beef stew and there's always a salad with condiments and a soup of the day. Plus red, white wines, beer, and sodas. Trays are provided is you prefer to take meals in your room, but the dining area has a large fireplace and a plasma TV and overlooks the outdoor courtyard.\n\nThe laundry room is kept spotless and the hotel does offer laundry and drycleaning services. Small store provides small assortment of food and toiletry items. USA Today provided free M-F. \n\nAll in all, you get a lot for your money. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The suites are comfortable, clean, as are the grounds. \n\nWe'll be back again! \n\n\n
