Arrived on a Friday afternoon, was informed after we checked in that the elevator was out of service, this property should have informed us of this before check in, they intentionally checked us in then informed us after we had checked in, this is bad business! I feel they should have hire someone one to help guest with rhier luggage. The elevator was out from Friday to the following Tuesday this is unacceptable. Marriott should take thier name off this hotel because they are a bad representation of the Marriott Brand. It's more of a Motel 6 category. Waste of my money for sure!

I had called prior to booking specifically asking if the pool was open & even explaining that the whole reason we were booking was due to wanting to take our 2 little ones swimming (naturally indoors where it's warm) & they failed to mention there was no heat on the floor that the pool was on, no lights working in the room the pool was in & the pool heater was also not working making it too cold to even swim.. wasted our money for nothing. Very disappointed & won't be booking again.

My room was very clean, and the staff have been consistently friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The food is delicious, and I really appreciate having access to both the pool and the gym. The environment feels safe, peaceful, and comfortable. I’ve been staying here for about two weeks while on an extended work trip to expand the reach of my nonprofit, and it has been a positive experience overall. I’m grateful for the welcoming atmosphere and supportive staff.

The hotel hallways and breakfast area was very cold. Not sure what that was all about. They only clean rooms every other day. We were having late starts the mornings we were there and had our do not disturb sign up til we left. Our room was not cleaned til we asked so only once during our 4 days. So not overly happy with our stay

Check in was seamless. We arrived in our room late and were happy with the accommodations. The room was neat, the floor was quiet and we were able to quickly warm up from the frigid temps as soon as we turned the heat on. One thing I will say is the water in the shower got chilly a little too quickly and it didn’t warm up. I loved the availability of coffee at any time and the staff was really attentive. We would definitely stay here again.

I love this hotel and the staff. They are all so friendly. My major disappointment was there was NO heat in the lobby area. The girls at the front desk had to wear their winter coats and you had to wear one to breakfast. This needs to be a priority for The Marriott Company. Not acceptable at all

Pros: The heat in the room worked. The shower was hot. The breakfast offered a large variety of healthy options, including fresh fruit. The hotel was quiet at night. Cons: The heat was not working in the lobby and breakfast area during our entire 5 night stay. Upon arrival, we had to go through 5 different rooms and room keys to finally get one to open. The refrigerator froze all the food and drinks and we were unable to adjust the temperature.
