Nestled into a beautiful, woodsy, 5-acres, you feel like you're living all your country home dreams. A meticulously maintained yard + outdoor space along with a gorgeously built & designed home is perfect for large family gatherings and letting kids run wild. Get the best of downtown & country living with this home.

The house was designed and renovated by a local high-end home builder, who also happens to be the owner. He went above and beyond to make this house beautiful, spacious, gorgeously designed and cozy. The entire house is bright and airy, extra easy to relax into. The house and property are built for a good time, including a huge yard, spring fed swimming pond, complete with hot tub and archery range (bring your own toys). If the outdoors aren't your thing, the media + game room has all the TV options you could want, and a ping pong table for extra fun.

You will have private access to the entire house and property. We live locally and are happy to arrange private chef services to the home. Let us know what you need!

Family/Friends ski trip

This property is fantastic! The location was ideal for us. It is very close to downtown Waterbury for restaurants and bars and a 20 minute drive to Stowe mountain. The kids loved the bunk room. The other three bedrooms were very comfy for the adults. The hot tub was a huge bonus and we took full advantage after days on the slopes. This property is exactly as advertised. Highly recommend!

Beautiful spot

The house was great for our group of 4 couples. Spacious kitchen for preparing and enjoying meals and we loved the hot tub under the stars. Highly recommended!
