I didn’t have hot water despite running the shower for 10 minutes. Was told twice engineers were looking it. Hot tub was dirty with brown scum around edges; pool water murky. Drawer of the bureau kept opening and didn’t stay shut. Management didn’t address hot water issue during my stay nor did hey contact me. Hilton was my go to place in Burlington- not sure I will stay again.

Ice cold shower first day with water that would not stay warm. Coffee machine on floor didn’t work. Went to another floor; it worked but terrible. Room was fine but not better to qualify as an upgrade. Bathroom door didn’t shut all the way. No amenities in room. But it was nice to control heat as it was freezing. Staff was pleasant.

I went for night of fun and to enjoy the hotel. I liked the hotel a lot, and would stay again. Not much I change about hotel except if pool and hot tub area were more down looking. Plus glass doors to pool side rooms not being so stiff to use.

Me and my husband picked this hotel for the amenities (specifically the pool and hot tub) and they were down for maintenance during our stay. I understand these things happen and dont blame the hotel, just kinda sucked for us. Idk about the area during the day, but its not a place id want to be walking around at night. We stopped to get gas at the station up the road and passed many homeless people sleeping, throwing fits, etc, even watched one start a blown out fight with a man trying to assist her. Not really a safe area and that sucks bc of the shops and stuff around, it seems like a nice area to park and window shop but that cant happen in that area

I wish I had read the reviews more closely—this was one of our worst stays in years. Our king suite was extremely dark, with black walls, curtains, and poor lighting. The bedroom had only one bedside lamp, and the sitting area’s two lamps were too dim. The sink area was even worse, with weak wall sconces in the darkest part of the room. Basic amenities were lacking. The toilet paper ran out almost immediately, and no extra rolls were provided. We also had to call for linens for the pull-out bed, despite booking for three people. Housekeeping was inconsistent—one night, they tidied everything, but the next, they only made the bed and skipped fresh towels and supplies. We tipped nightly. Worst of all, we returned one evening to find our door left open and unlocked, propped by the deadbolt. I mistakenly thought I had booked a free breakfast, but even when I showed an Expedia offer with a lower rate that included it, they refused to adjust my charge. Instead, we got three $10 breakfast vouchers—one per night for three people. Since oatmeal was $10 and coffee $5, they didn’t go far. The pool was closed without notice, and loud pop music played nonstop throughout the hotel. Parking was $16/day in an unmonitored public garage where others parked for free. EV charging was cutthroat, requiring an app, a waitlist, and luck. On a positive note, the Skiff restaurant had friendly bartenders, good drinks, and great oysters, though the rest of the food was average.
