Lovely hotel. But the choices in the room and bathroom of dark colors makes lighting very difficult. In the bathroom especially the updates are beautiful but the lighting is dim and attempting to do make up and hair styling was challenging!

Nice location and overall good experience…except one employee made such a bad impression it really changed our feeling. First the great, Darius at check out…wonderful…and the valet, Jacob…above and beyond. A member of our group left an item in his room…he did not realize until 2 days later, we were back in Burlington for the day, flying out in the afternoon. I called and, spoke with Annika -explained the situation and she said we would need to fill out an online form. I explained that we are only in town for a few hours…if I email will I hear anything within that time frame. She said she couldn't help. I filled the form out and 2 hours later we drove to the hotel. It was Annika at the desk, we explained the situation. She said her colleague was returning and she would check. The colleague came back and she left…going upstairs…we thought looking for our item. After 25 minutes we went to the desk and the other guy said…oh she’s at lunch…maybe returning in10-15 minutes. We sat there for over 30 minutes waiting…honestly the guy at the desk also, was not too interested in helping us. We saw a few other employees walking around…and then the valet, Jacob walked by. We told him no one would assist us, could he help…he said, oh sure…in 10 minutes…while helping other guests, he walked behind the desk…went to the office, right behind the desk and found our item! Annika couldn’t be bothered. She never returned or spoke to us after we made the request. Seriously lacking

While the property was attractive it was not well run. Our room type was changed at the last minute to a room we were not happy with because they said the hotel was oversold. Our room was not ready when we arrived at 5:15 to check in even though check in was at 4:00.

What a Mess of a Hilton-Branded Hotel

This place was supposedly recently purchased by the Radisson Corp, according to the staff who checked us out. They said the Radisson is “scrambling to get to maintenance & refreshing. ALSO, same person said that Hilton sold this property to a Franchiser, which the Hilton now typically does. Obviously the Franchiser hasn’t figured out a damn Budget & Capital Expenditure Strategy. 🙄 GEEZ. Get this: SO MANY deferred maintenance items. Just a few we saw first hand: •Terribly worn carpet in the very nice morning breakfast venue and relaxation area; VERY VISIBLE STAIRWAY BLUE CARPET SO VERY WORN IN MANY PLACES ON EACH STEP. •7th floor huge rattling HVAC unit to the right of the elevator in ceiling. •Elevators: All the other Guests were LAUGHING at their terrible functioning. We were freaked out. One of them often “jumped to a halt”(?!?), and we all had to keep pushing the buttons to get any further movement. •So many worn areas, poor painting jobs, and in our Room…a whole section of carpet that had lifted up in waves across an 8 foot swath. THE SHAME OF IT ALL: This Hotel is in a PRIMO area, and should be as bright and clean as the rest of the area…..directly across the street from a large park, Marina, evening sunsets, and LAKE CHAMPLAIN, for heavens sake. Please don’t hype this mess of a hotel until the current owner turns it around.

We paid 755$ for a superior room 1 night and it wasn’t ready by 4 as well as the superior wasn’t available and no credit could be made as we had booked through a third-party Expedia and not directly with the hotel. The staff was very friendly and gave a mail voucher

Staff very helpful. Jane and the staff at Lily May's were outstanding. Jane is a wonderful person who met us each morning with a smile and pleasant conversation. The breakfast buffet had many choices and was very well supplied.

Staff very pleasant and helpful. King room with lake view very nice—our king standard room was not ready upon arrival so we were offered lake view for increase price per night. (I think this should have been free upgrade). The bathroom was small and the desk chair had worn and peeling arms. The view was great. Hotel in a very convenient location and self parking very easy to use. Breakfast at Lily’s had good options and food was good. We did not eat at restaurant at hotel.

I am not one to spend time in a hotel room but the view of the lake was so incredible, especially watching the sun set behind the mountains. The staff worked hard to make sure everything was right. I enjoyed their smiles and positivity. People actually smile in Vermont. It's great.

The hotel was beautiful and service excellent. It’s located across the street from a park and approximately two blocks from the lakeside restaurants and tours you can take by boat or train. As a first time visit to Burlington, I’ll definitely stay at this hotel on a future visit.

The beverage bar was a bit misleading. Ice was not available on the floor we were on. Also thought we might find some vending machines there. Other than that, all was good

Way too expensive for what we paid - should have stayed at the Garden Inn. Shabby room, stained bed linens, elevator to parking garage broken, not a luxurious feel at all.
