Too many negative to list. The photos on Expedia are inaccurate. The gym is non existent, and shouldn’t be listed as an amenity. The entire hotel should be demolished and rebuilt. Strongly do not recommend, and not worth the money. Better to pay double or triple the cost of a decent hotel. Not much to see in South Burlington.

The rooms are very dirty with stained, outdated carpet, stained bathtub - needs bleach cleaning; overall dirty bathroom, broken vertical blind assembly. Dirty walls with handprints etc... The room was totally unacceptable to offer to a guest; let alone have a guest pay for.
