Average but super affordable and spacious room, which is perfectly fine for a 3 star hotel and only a few minutes from the main Burlington area. Free on-site parking. Sodas and ice cream available to purchase. Nice heated pool and hot tub. Hot Coffee available 24 hrs. The guest service person Ryan was super nice, helpful and friendly. I'd definitely recommend this Inn.

This hotel offers excellent value for budget-conscious travelers. Its prime location provides convenient access to both the airport and downtown. The room was clean, the building is quiet, and amenities include ample parking, a heated pool, and a complimentary breakfast (coffee, muffins, donuts).

Room was dirty and furniture broken, couch all ripped up. Not enough towels. Pretty sure I have bed bug bites all over arms hands legs and neck now. I’ve stayed here a bunch and never gotten bed bugs before but I guess there’s a first time for everything.

This place is OLD! There is no elevator and we had to haul luggage up two flights of stairs. Room was so dated and felt unclean. The most egregious part of our stay was one sink had no water AND the room had NO towels. I had to go downstairs to the front desk to request towels. After waiting 20 minutes, I went down again and the guy was looking for a tool to fix the sink. I literally made him open the closet for towels and went in there myself to grab them so we could shower. Terrible experience. Probably won't use Expedia again. They tend to deal in low end hotels and I have had a few bad experiences.
