Great value for the cost. Clean and friendly but quite run down. Pool and hot-tub surprisingly pleasant. The bathroom was tiny and the beds had super cheap polyester comforters, one had a hole in it.

The room was old and dingy, my comforter had holes in it, there was no painting or pictures in the room, I felt like I was at a rent the room by the hour kind of feel. We left a day early and ask the check out staff for a receipt showing we did not stay 3 nights just 2 nights and was told that was not allowed some words were exchanged no swearing or foul language just feelings and the feisty Ginger told us to go back Boston, well we are not from Boston and if I was he would of seen the Southie side of me. We only asked for a record showing we left a day earlier than planned. Very disappointing to see people like that.

I am a disabled veteran and stay frequently at this hotel.I like this place and have always found it to be affordable with a friendly staff and recommended to others.I've stayed here more than 12 times in last year.This stay was very different.I found an adult Roach in bathtub and later a juvenile Roach in the sink.I didn't mention this because I was more concerned about No heat. At first Front desk clerk,who I've dealt with before and has been great, was awesome and let me check in early! Then he later had a seriously bad attitude after i told him the heat in my room wasn't working. I called him "Bro" (he was a white guy) because previously we had had many cordial interactions. He proceeded to tell me I wasn't his "Bro" and other unprofessional comments. When I said I didn't appreciate his attitude and was considering checking out since I had only been there for less than 20 minutes and hadn't messed up the bed or used any towels, ect., I was told"Go ahead, but you will Not be getting a refund!".Since I am a Disabled Army Vet on a fixed income, I couldn't afford to lose the money I had already paid for my room as well as the cost and extreme inconvenience of finding another room somewhere else.He did eventually relocate me.In the next room the heat did work, but I also found an adult Roach in the bath tub.Then another baby one in the sink.With Roaches, if you see one there's way more.There were also multiple stains on the carpeting and the refrigerator didn't work.

The experience with the hotel was not what me and my fiance expected. First off the hotel room, the bed was so low to the ground and so hard that it left me and my fiance in more pain in our backs than we were already in. The bathroom was like a closet. The breakfast was nothing, exciting donuts granola bars. Small cups for the coffee. The pool and hot tub were okay for the price that they're charging, it definitely needs a huge upgrading

The hotel was shabby & dirty. There was a chunk of carpet missing from the floor in front of my door. As a single woman, I felt unsafe in the hall & my room. Inside, the room was dingy. The walls were stained & the shower was stained. The bed was hard and I could feel all of the springs. Because of the room condition and feeling unsafe, I left the hotel & went to a different one.
