Nice stay near parks and tasty food

It was a nice place with all of the little things one needs. We enjoyed the Indian food that was nextdoor and the two parks within walking distance.

Great option for a quick trip to DC

This was a great option for a quick trip to DC with my father. The space was clean and spacious and the pullout bed was surprisingly comfortable compared to other's I've stayed on. It's a bit of a walk from the nearest subway station, but found that an Uber across the river to the downtown area was only around $12. Would recommend this space.

Kristin was very prompt with replies to any of our messages. The apartment was as described and was roomy and comfortable. Parking was convenient and entry into the rental was very easy. The kitchen had plenty of cooking utensils which could be beneficial for those staying longer. The two relatively minor short comings were the lack of hangers (only one) and the wooden floor was painted giving it a slightly unfinished look. These two items would not prevent us from staying again since the many positives greatly outweigh these two short comings.

Listing worked perfect for our family for trip to Washington DC

This apartment worked out great for our family. Walkable to Crystal City metro which is a great station to get to all the activities you want to see in DC (about 15-20 min easy walk and trains about 15-20 minutes ride to the mall). Plus you are right by the Pentagon and Arlington National Cemetery. Beds as described, ample bedding and pillows for our group of five. Kitchen stocked with all pots, pans, and dishes you would need to prepare breakfast and dinners. Had ample amount of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags provided for us. We did not use the laundry card that was provided, so cannot review that (I think there are laundry machines in the building that you add money to the card to use). It was a great stay, apartment very clean and decorated very thoughtfully with nice furniture and decor. Parking lot always had spaces available (free parking) when we needed them.
