During our two-day stay, we experienced a few issues that affected our overall experience. Upon check-in, empty bottles from the previous occupant were found in the room, which was disappointing and suggested a lapse in housekeeping. Additionally, the breakfast arrangements were inadequate for the number of guests. Breakfast was scheduled from 6:00 am to 9:00 am, but the breakfast area was very small and overcrowded. On the first day, when we arrived around 8:00–8:30 am, there was no seating available, and we could only take coffee and toast before leaving. The situation was further worsened by the fact that only one elevator was operational, resulting in long wait times, as both guests and housekeeping staff were using the same elevator. Due to these limitations, we chose to skip breakfast on the second day and arrange food outside. Extending breakfast hours to 6:00 am to 10 am would better accommodate guests and improve experience

The good: they offer breakfast that includes protein, the rooms are comfortable, the shuttle service is good, and the staff service is very good. Not so good: there was no daily room cleaning; at breakfast, the yogurt ran out and they didn’t restock it (the same happened with other items); only one elevator was working, and during breakfast time it was very difficult to go downstairs.

I stayed at the hotel for 3 nights; the parking was too expensive, $48 per night. I wish it were free because I found out there are many parking spots on the street. When I checked out on the day of departure, I had to wait almost 20-25 minutes. There was only one staff member on duty.

The rooms are pretty spacious besides the bathrooms, they are a little cramped. The room and hotel itself is clean. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Parking is expensive, $48 a night to park in garage. Breakfast was not the greatest but its nice to have the option. Its from 6-9 am and gets pretty busy. They do have an airport shuttle which we did not use and are about 5 mins from the airport. The hotel is in a good location close to plenty of restaurants and a short drive to DC.
