Not enough parking for size of hotel.I did not like to have to park at the next block over at a pay parking lot,and walk to hotel late at night.As I am handicapped.Only about 15 parking spaces,including 2 handicapped that vehicles never moved.Hotel very comfortable for the price.but would not stay there again because of parking situation.

Good lodging at a good price

Room was a little small but pleasant. Had a small a/c water leak but was fixed quickly while we were gone. Only complaint was the number of available parking spaces. Had to park across the street behind a bank. Overall a pleasant experience at reasonable rates. Would recommend to a friend.

Nice place but uncomfortable bed and pillows. Cool being connected to Guapos restaurant. Pool was quite cold.

Great area and great price

The hotel was very clean and the staff was very helpful. I was please with my stay and will most definitely stay there again. It is great quality for the price and it is a short walk away from the Metro stop. I stayed here and was a 5-10 min train ride from DC. Great area and great quality for the price.

Horrible.

Horrible!!! Dirty room, dirty sheets. The first room we went into had a dead mouse smell in it and the lights didn't work. You have it listed as 3 stars.... NO WAY!

Comfort Meets Practicality

The American Inn is Bethesda was the perfect place for me as it was so convenient to the NIH, the staff was super friendly, the hotel was clean and orderly.The prices were great. The American Inn was the perfect place where practicality meets comfort and convenience with those on a budget

Comfortability

wonderful. Staff very hospitable especially when my car was tolled outside the hotel. Jonathan left everything he was doing to assist. I thought that was great. My grandchildren loved the stay and the rooms were small but very clean. We really felt at home.
