I believe the towels we had were the same ones that are used for swimming pool. Room wasn’t refreshed with clean towels, coffee, or empty the garbage. I think hotel was under staffed for the amount of guests and supplies need to be ordered to accommodate for basic needs. I also heard many guests complain about blankets or lack of they were cold!!!"
