We love Stoney Creek

Stoney Creek is always our first chose when booking a hotel! The staff is polite and helpful every time. Breakfast is always good and the rooms are always clean. The indoor outdoor pool is one of our favorites! We will continue to use Stoney Creek whenever possible!

My room was on the 3rd floor and was ok. Some areas were very dusty, like it hasn’t been recently cleaned. The carpet felt like it was wet in some areas. It was concerning to me. The staff were super nice and friendly! The pool was good no issues there. Breakfast was same each day. The potatoes were cold at times during my visit and we even went down early still cold. I wish they kept them warm. The pancake maker was pretty awesome never seen one like that before.

Pool area waa a lotrl gross..luke warm & cloudy hot tub. Wet towels. Our bath tub in ur room didnt drain. Understaffed, bartender didnt know much on drinks. We love the chain of Stoney Creek, this one needs a little help. We'll be back. Mostly cause of location.

Nice small chain hotel

This is a very nice small chain hotel. The decor is a woods theme but a little dated. The rooms were clean, comfortable and everything else was perfect in the hotel. The breakfast was basic but good.

Front desk ladies at this hotel make you feel like trash. Twice we stayed here while our son plays college sports, and both times two different front desk clerks were awful. We were told first time we didnt get VIP status cuz we have to pay extra, even though mt email confirmation clearly said VIP access on it. Today, the clerk acted annoyed that we asked about drink tokens, and very rudely told us we only get one between us, even though the VIP access description clearly says one per staying customer. Way to make your customers feel like trash! We would of kept staying here, but will never stay again. You can keep your stupid tokens if they are that important
