We booked this property based on the information on the website and the Expedia reviews. When we arrived we discovered that the hotel was under construction and the amenities that were advertised…bar, restaurant, pool…were non-existent at this time. We had to enter through a back door where a makeshift desk and table for a grab and go breakfast were the only amenities in the hotel. I truly believe that this information should have been communicated in advance and we would have chosen a different hotel.

Construction was very loud, lobby and pool were closed, breakfast and vending machines were limited, but staff was friendly and helpful and rooms were nice and clean

The hotel is still under remodeling. Circular saws woke me up at 8:00 AM. Then at 8:30 AM room service knocked on the door (reawakening me). I told them that I was still in bed and they left but did not return that day to clean my room. Breakfast was so poor that after I ate my first day I left the hotel to find a place to eat breakfast.

The check-in process was longer than normal because Expedia's processes didn't work properly at check-in. The clerk did a nice job of figuring out the issues, just to longer than normal. Not her fault.

The property is under major construction and it was a mess. The room was not great either - water pressure was bad, towels and pillows were tiny, dark, disappointing.

I made this reservation specifically because my daughter wanted to go swimming and she loves hot breakfasts at hotels. I even reserved a pool/atrium side room. Well guess what?! Pool closed.
