Key Card- Got to the resort, got card for rm 205. Card did not work, went to desk to be reprogrammed, still did not work, went back again and was told it may be the batteries so the guy cam up with me and went to rm 203. I asked him why and was told “oh they must’ve written the wrong number on the card envelope. Minus one star
Got into the room. Turned on the bathroom light and heard a very loud overhead fan. Took a shower and the pipes began to squeak. Between the fan and the pipes, this was the loudest shower ever. Minus one star
I chose this place because of the advertised breakfast and the recommendation of the folks I visited. They said breakfast was the best with eggs, bacon, sausage etc. So, imagine my surprise when I went downstairs and all I saw was a waffle machine, corn muffins and a broken coffee machine! I looked around in amazement! WTH!! There was a guy sitting at the table with his wife. He says, “I did the same thing you did”. I asked the mgr and was told “I wish we did. Not all things are at all locations” Dude..You need to change your website. Minus one star
Looking for room service, I expected them to come up every day, NOPE, every other day NOPE. They come every three days or upon request. I never saw them because I left. Minus one star
Asked for the pool. Out of service for the year. Minus one star
To Management: Unless you are going to reimbursement me for the unused portion of my prepayment…I am not interested in anything you have to say
