Room was good

Room was clean and spacious. Elevator was down so we used the stairs to get to our room, carpet was horribly stained. We were tired so decided to eat at the hotel restaurant. Staff were great, food was ok. Breakfast was ok, too.

The elevator was undergoing repairs during our stay. We received a text about it in advance of our stay. The hotel offered to help us find other accommodations in the area if necessary; however, we were only planning to be there 1 night so decided to keep our reservation. When we arrived, the staff were very accommodating and changed our room from the 4th floor to the 2nd floor so we wouldn't have to climb so many stairs.

The staff were all super nice. The free breakfast was exactly what we needed and fresh. The restaurant and river walk to the falls were bonuses!

Good hotel for a night or two. My husband and I had a king room and it was spacious. The property has quite a few amenities but gym seems to need some help and the pool/spa area could use a makeover. Breakfast was a typical chain hotel breakfast. The outside property looks like it hasn’t been cared for. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The location and price were good. I gave 4 stars because all in all worth the money for a nights stay.

The staff was very nice with check in. A huge problem was the elevator was broken. With being on the 4th floor, it was AWFUL carrying everything up all those stairs. I understand these things happen, but we would have booked elsewhere if we knew there wasn't a working elevator.

House keeping knocked on our door twice at 9:30am and woke us up when checkout wasn’t until noon! We were up and were not impressed that we got woken up early! Our key just stopped working when we tried to get into our room/hotel late at night. Elevator broken Our room would not stay cool, ac running nonstop and our room was not cool. Hard to sleep in the warmth. Bathroom has stained towels and gross shower

Checking in wasn’t the friendliest or quickest. Older is hotel with lots of stains greeting you steps from check in. Small lobby and elevators are extremely slow. There is only 1. Parking is tight. Room was clean, but is very small. The falls are under construction so really not worth seeing right now. We did walk to see them & only reason I booked here. Breakfast was very basic. Enough to start the day. Hindsight I wish I would have booked elsewhere & just drove to see the falls. Stay was ok, but would not stay again. Overpriced for room itself & that was with a discount from hotel. Com.
