"When I checked in- he had not read my request for ground level room- had to think about where to put us. We landed on the second floor- no elevator! I have mobility issues. Waited all day traveling from Dryden ON- for a shower. Lugged the luggage & opened the room door- no bath towels- no chairs- no table- no coffee pot- fridge not on & microwave not plugged in- only 3 flat pillows for 2 queen size beds. My hubby says- it’s only for 1 nite. I went to call the front desk & phone doesn’t work. No paperwork in the room- no papers indicating where one could order food or get food. What else? Definitely not a 7 as posted in Expedia. Carpets were stained throughout the floors- nope not returning & not referring- change rate to zero"
