Walking in immediately smelt like smoke in the lobby. Staff was rude. Halls were disgusting. Our room was decent, which is the main priority. But just felt gross. The exterior was bad! Needles in the parking lot. Homeless people walking by. I didn’t feel safe

Questionable people hanging around the parking lot. People let their dogs crap in the parking lot and don’t pick it up. Rooms seem clean enough but could definitely use some Reno’s. All the carpeting in the hotel needs to be replaced. The smell isn’t the greatest either.

This used to be a nice hotel. It’s clear that there has been no effort to update or maintain the property and building for several years. The housekeeping appears to be just as bad. No one was ever at the front desk. The lobby was full of drunks from the attached bar. It’s a shame to see a nice place fall into such disrepair. We will not stay here again.
