The room was clean and fine, the bed was great and the checkin/checkout process was fast and easy. But, the bathroom toilet was an issue, as it was an older & really low to the ground toilet that is great for kids, but not adults. The door handle to the bathroom was loose, but I figure it was because one needed to pull on it to get off the low toilet. Breakfast was okay, but the food was not the most flavorful. The bar/lounge was a nice amenity, but closed a little early. The hotel is an older one and the elevators were dated and sounded horrible; although they did not breakdown. All in all was an okay stay.

We stayed there three nights. The Hotel is dated. it's old, the main carpets are gross. Our room was fine. felt pretty clean. very small, but fine. People at the front deck looked like they were annoyed to be there. Breakfast was MEH at best. pool area was very crowded at night. Looked like a Walmart and a trailer court convention. hardly had clean towels. it worked in a last minute pinch, but probably won't go back.

Norberta ruined my daughter's party

The front desk did not like my birthday party of 8 little girls in her lobby and was extremely rude!! When I called her out on her behavior she took my card charged it then banned me from the property. My oldest daughter was allowed to stay with the girls but I missed my 8 yr olds birthday party. The place was ok, a bit dirty for my taste but I heard the girls enjoyed the pool very much. The woman at the front desk has had several complaints filed about her rude behavior and she has no clue about customer service. I will not ever go back and will discourage everyone I know to stay anywhere but there

Let me start off by saying the bedding was clean and fresh, and that is the only reason why we didn’t check out upon arrival. I stayed here with my husband and two young kids for a sports tournament. The staff didn’t care if we lived or died, and were not at all inviting as we checked in and out. There was a ding dong wrapper wedged between the bed and the night stand and hair left on the sink. The walls were paper-thin and we could hear every conversation our neighbours were having. It took us hours to fall asleep and even contemplated switching rooms because of how noisy it was. In short, do not stay here if you have young kids or if you want to have a good night’s sleep. Take your business elsewhere.

Walking in immediately smelt like smoke in the lobby. Staff was rude. Halls were disgusting. Our room was decent, which is the main priority. But just felt gross. The exterior was bad! Needles in the parking lot. Homeless people walking by. I didn’t feel safe

This hotel is nasty. Puke stained carpets in the halls, the drywall taping is cracking in the rooms, dust bunnies on the popcorn ceiling, mold in the shower. Really run down. Stains on the walls, I could go on forever. Front desk staff were nice, but don’t bother to complain about issues to the staff, they can’t do anything about it. The entire place needs to be updated. Don’t stay here, the pictures on Expedia are extremely deceptive. And breakfast was really awful. Yuck.
