Check in was efficient and the rep was very friendly. The room was decent, but the design of the bathroom was very tight, you had to step into the shower, to close the door to the toilet. The pillows & bed were very comfortable, and the room itself felt spacious (king bed, recliner chair, end tables, desk, fridge, etc.). There were wadded up dirty towels on the rack next to 1 clean shower towel. The breakfast was served buffet style in the adjoined bar & the food was 1 star out of 5. The staff in the bar was excellent. The outdoor pool was filthy but it could have been because it was so windy. The indoor pool was clean but we chose not to use it because there were so many people in there.

When staying again request the West side of the hotel as those would have a different bathroom layout with standard tub/shower bathrooms and be a little bit more spacious for you. The staff was friendly. I was able to check in earlier than expected. I just wish the housekeeping the next morning would of not knocked on my door before 9 am to tell me check out time was at noon .. my grand daughter was trying to go to sleep for a morning nap before we had to leave

When the Housekeeping Team starts their day they start knocking on doors to see who has vacated to get the rooms cleaned. We'll make sure next time you have a Do Not Disturb sign to put out on your door and they won't knock until that is down. We hope to see you again in the future.

Everything was clean. Breakfast was good. The only thing we didn't appreciate were the visitor neighbors who were quite loud until about 11:15. The enclosed walkway outside the rooms is nice for keeping guests warmer and drier, but when guests gather in a room and leave the doors open, that outer area really amplifies the noise. Not really a fault of the Biltmore. Had the noise kept up longer I'd have called to complain, but the noisy guests finally called it a night.
