Convenient next to interstate and parking. Fuel nearby. Rooms were EXCEPTIONAL. However, it was noisy from people. Anyone talking outside in the halls could be heard. Breakfast buffet had hot scrambled eggs/link sausage and EXCELLENT coffee. Staff very courteous and accommodating.

The property itself was great! The staff remained professional even with the long line of people that needed checked in after the power finally came on around 9pm. The only issue we had was that we were supposed to check in at 4pm and couldn't check in until almost 9pm due to a power outage. When we finally were able to check in it took a while for the hotel to get everything back online so we weren't able to use some of the amenities.

At check in, I stood for 15-20 minutes with no one at the desk. I called the desk from the desk, someone answered somewhere else and finally came and checked me in

Waiting 2 hours to get room. People running and talking on the phones on hallways, called front desk I was told they couldn't do anything because they have teams staying. Then at 11:00 I was awoken by front desk because they have double book room. Extremely rude person knocking on door Not an apology. Very upset
