If i could put 0 stars i would.. check in was great the lobby was nice and clean.. you turn the corner to go upstairs to the room and right away the vending machines and ice machines said out of order. Go into the room and it was ok at first and then noticed the curtains were nasty, toliet seat was broken and when i called the front desk to ask for a new one they said no. Walls were gross the microwave couldnt plug in anywhere it wouldnt reach. Carpet was dirty like it wasnt vacuumed. The bathroom floor tiles were broken we had to leave our shoes on. The bathroom mirror was dirty the sink was nasty. I wouldnt even shower in there. 1am some drunk guy kept banging on the door and when i call front desk nothing was done. I checked out a day early i was disgusted when i requested a refund they denied it and keep denying that there was no conplaint made and nothing was wrong with the room despite the pictures i have provided. I also left a review on google.. This place needs to be shut down. I wouldnt even allow someone i hate to stay there. And when i called to talk to a manager the day i checked out and yes i said some not so nice words out of frustration and out of disgust she hung up on me instead of listening and trying to cone to a compromise. I will be calling until i speak to either someone above her or the owner. Because i want my money back

There's a little bit of parking outside and it's right next to some restaurants in a store. But when we check then the lady wasn't very welcoming and she's been a lot nicer since we've been here for a few days, but we've had roaches in a room, it smelled like dog pee in the hallway, we have dogs next door. And there's a lot of drug addicts and homeless around the area, so we came from La Quinta, which was nice to this motel, which isn't LA quintet. But to be honest, they've done some remodeling and the interior looks nice so if they got rid of the drug activity, the dog pee. The roaches, then this would absolutely be a 4 star motel. And is this stuff was more welcoming and friendly? The man that worked here was way. More willing to help me in my husband then the lady. But maybe she was just having a bad day, so nothing really bad to say.Just need to work on the roaches and the dog pee other than that it was nice

Place is disgusting whole building reeks of Marijuana traffic in and out all night health inspector needs to check this dump out sorry to say this but it needs a deep clean and replace the bedding
