When we first got there we got out in a room that I didn’t book! Then after awhile she called the room and said we could move to the room I had booked but originally she said it wasn’t ready and not cleaned but then when I came downstairs to get the new keys for the room she told me it was double booked and people who book through Expedia are the last people picked which I’ve never had an issue booking through Expedia. When we got to the room there was no trash bags in any of the garbage cans there was no toilet paper the shower and the job tub were very gross. So at that point we just cleaned it our selves and to top it off when I wanted to shower the shower and toilet barely worked! So the experience could have definitely been better!

Dining selections were limited, especially if staying several days. It was -22 so eating in was more attractive than going out. Food was good just wish there were more dinner choices! Staff were awesome! The phone in my room was caked in dust don’t think it had been cleaned in a long time. Mattresses don’t fit bed frames which was odd. All in all a quiet stay with polite and responsive staff.

Room was nice. No breakfast offered for $180 room.

The room was room and nice looking. I originally booked a double queen, but was given a king instead. I was annoyed that the place had no continental breakfast for the cost of the room, $180/night. I asked at the desk and they said "No". Cheaper places always offer some type of breakfast when you rent a room, so big time disappointed by that.

The beds are probably the most uncomfortable that we've ever slept on and super noisy when you turn over. Chiro appointments in our future. Also, HATE when designated smoking areas are right by the door. Means you have to walk through someone's smoke just to leave the building.
