Be prepared to pay $30 a day to park at the hotel. Breakfast is not included and cost $22 dollars a person. Rooms are only cleaned every 3 days which was not told to us and left us with no clean towels. Good hotel but be prepared to pay additional fees for services that are normally included.

This is a great hotel for walking around the Capitol area. We walked to the Capitol building/museum and to area bars/restaurants. Parking is easy - either on-street or in the parking garage. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel has a great vibe and was very clean. Will definitely stay here again.

Loved the location, perfect for walking and restaurants. The decor was not to my taste, looked like Vegas. No housekeeping, apparently there was supposed to be a sign in the bathroom? Which there wasn’t, so lived with trash and dirty towels on the floor of the bathroom.

However, I am sorry you missed our updated housekeeping procedures. Stayover housekeeping service is complimentary and available upon request during your stay. Simply contact the front desk at any time to request extra towels and amenities or to schedule a room cleaning. For stays of four (4) nights or more, we will provide full cleaning every fourth night/fifth day for all guests. I hope this information helps make your next stay flawless all-around. See you then!

This hotel has fallen into disrepair. Peeling paint, scuffed walls, missing lightbulbs, dirty hallways. No service at all - restaurant is closed and no one answers phone for guest services in any department. No housekeeping service, not even on request. Parking garage extremely cramped and diifficult to manuever through. Awful! Definitely not worth the high price, considering they charge $25 extra a day for parking too. Run down, terrible service. Many better options in Tallahassee.

I am quite surprised reading your review as it does not reflect a common experience at our hotel. We do have an on-site restaurant, Eve on Adams. Also, for your comfort, we want your stay to be as undisturbed as possible. Guests are invited to tailor their housekeeping services to their comfort level. To schedule, simply call the front desk. Additional amenities such as linens and toiletries are available upon request, delivered in protective packaging, and placed at the guest room door. I am sorry you missed these and hope this information helps to make sure your future trips to Tallahassee are more enjoyable.
