The staff was rude. The room was not clean. The business center was down. They charged us a pet fee not deposit despite the listing as pets stay for free. In order for it to be free there would be NO charge.

I booked a room that was not honored and the person who checked me in clearly could’ve cared less. The room smelled badly, it was not very clean, the ice maker didn’t work and the toilet wouldn’t flush. Maintenance came once about the toilet and then I just gave up. There was no coffee or any hot food twice when I went down for breakfast and it took forever to get things restocked. I would never ever stay at this hotel again. Maybe not even this chain. Only high spots were a morning front desk staff who at least apologized for how many issues I was having and another food server who snuck and got me a coffee cause she felt badly I’d been waiting so long.

The hotel was in dire need of renovations and a thorough cleaning. My daughter and I kept getting bit by something in the room. I paid for the room uo front so there was no getting a refund. I would advise anyone to find somewhere else to stay.

Your front desk staff was rude , greedy and did not address my need of clean towels on Saturday afternoon and Sunday morning. We had three people staying in the room and requested more towels for 4 hours on Saturday. She took several plates of food back to front desk on both mornings causing the paying guests to not have any to enjoy. You need to train them better to treat your customers better before you lose them!!!!

The room was spotless and the staff was courteous; I even received a survey prior to check out regarding the service. I advised that trash by the elevator needed to be disposed of and it was removed quickly. But received an AI response, when I inquired about how often housekeeping was done. The daily breakfast was good, along with check in and check out. Thanks
