No sleep, place is wild, smells like drugs.

Entire place smells like weed. People fighting and screaming in the lobby and hallway and in their room for hours in the middle of the night, within hearing distance of the front desk and no one who worked there talked to them or did anything about it. Giant hole in the wall in our room. Other guests listening to loud music in the evening, or screaming while they were having sex at 5am isn't really the hotel's fault, but I didn't sleep for more than an hour here.

Photos were very misleading of this hotel, the exterior and interior is extremely outdated and not kept up. The hotel is in a parking lot with two gas stations directly connected to the same parking lot so parking is very crowded and there is constant traffic day and night in the parking lot. Our room did not look anything like the pictures and floor and bathroom or dirty, several dead bugs smashed on the wall. Lots of hair in the bathroom and shower. Photos are mostly AI photos on the website - would not recommend if you are a solo female traveler

The staff was very rude, we had driven 4 hours for a concert and had booked this hotel room months in advance and were denied service. The man had told us that we could check in because we both were not 21 even though me and my significant other are both adults, 19 to be exact. Nowhere on the site did it say this policy and even with the countless confirmation emails and phone call with them was this information relayed. Our reservation was for 2 adults, meanwhile on their website children are listed as 0-17 making us recognized as capable adults. We are now forced to drive 4 hours back home at 1am because of this information and again the receptionist was more than rude, not even offering us a refund and not to mention reeking of weed and slurring his words. Worst hotel experience of all time.

The price of the room was affordable. However, the noise level was a bit too loud. It seems like I heard a man beating a woman. Around the property were a lot of prostitutes. I really did have a good experience.

My BRAND NEW CAR with 600 miles on it was keyed in the parking lot right out front of the hotel Rhere wrre stains on the towels and bed linens, mold in the windows. The breakfast was literally bread wrapped in cling film with no toaster and make your own waffle mix. THATS ALL!! this was at 815 and breakfast ended at 9. Would never stay again and super devastated about my car damage. Thats not the hotels fault, but its definitely in a very rough area and me and my children felt very unsafe.

The room was filthy. Smelt musty, the tub had weird brown liquid on it, behind the toilet was dirty. One of the beds had a cigarette burn on the covers along with other stains. The pillow was absolutely filthy. The nightstand in between the bed had a massive burn and grime around it. The beds were hard as a rock. Went to grab some breakfast at 7:30, the only thing they had was waffles and slices of bread. Disappointed and dissatisfied to say the least. Will definitely not book again!

Hotel good; area safety was bad

I really didn’t mind our stay. It was average. We had no problems parking and checking in was great and flawless. We had the room we reserved/expected and it was clean. The hotel has that stale cigarette smell that most older hotels have from back in the day when smoking was acceptable. It never comes out. Overall it was really quiet and and peaceful the door-dasher didn’t seem to have any issues dropping off the food. Unfortunately and completely out of the hotel’s control; it is located in an area that has a lot of obvious drug/homeless/prostitution. Raleigh PD (quietly) made a few appearances. This is is really unfortunate because the hotel has no control over that; but it makes the hotel feel unsafe for my vehicle and if we were planning to leave. Safety is a huge part of choosing a hotel; especially when you have children. So it was a big deal. We felt very safe in our room, but I was glad to have an alarm on my car and we didn’t have to leave until we checked out. We were even a bit worried about using the gas station in the parking lot because we saw other guests being approached. Unfortunately the hotel is a victim of circumstance, but it is something to consider. It is a good hotel for someone on a budget (we got a very good rate) and doesn’t have to worry about being approached or worse; that sort of thing. Like I said, we felt totally safe IN the hotel. But totally Sketchy to leave hotel -!even in the morning/day time.
