"Pool & hot tub EXTREMELY dirty! Notified employee & he claims that manager wasn’t in to do maintenance in it - to later find out by a hotel guest that it was like that the day before
Figured maybe it would be clean Sunday morning - nope! Kiddos couldn’t even find the pool toys because it was that dirty! I have a video! "
