King bed, plank floors, step in shower, thermostat control temp. The room was clean, very compact. Hooks to hang cloths. Bathroom adequate. Bed comfortable, pillows were huge and not comfy. The location was good near 94. The staff was friendly. The shower was not very warm. The west parking lot could be picked up. There was some trash on the ground.

Best Western Plus Kalamazoo Suites
I liked the hottub, the breakfast was good. I did get mysterious bug bites after the first night. When I mentioned them, they agreed to reiumburse the next two days but would not the the time I had stayed. I thought that was not an appropriate response.
