This one-of-a kind unit features a 400 sq ft primary patio with a full dining table, 2 tanning recliners, couches and a fireplace; plenty of room to enjoy outdoor dining. The primary bedroom has a separate patio for two to enjoy the sunset, wine and ocean views. The main floor patio has a gas BBQ.

This hidden gem is centrally located in the core of downtown Victoria. Its location allows for privacy from neighboring buildings and is quiet despite being in the heart of the city. Steps away from bistros, coffee shops, shopping and Canada's oldest Chinatown. Minutes away from the harbor, theater district, The Empress Hotel and Parliament. As this condo is located in the downtown core of of a busy city, on the weekends there will be some noise from neighboring restaurants city traffic. When all windows and doors are closed, the condo is very quiet.

This building was originally built in 1987 for the Ministry of Forests Service and was revitalized into a condo building only 5 years ago in 2017.
