"The original hotel.desk person was not friendly at all! Never smiled, never really looled at me! Horrible customer service...I booked 2 rooms with 4 people in each and we didn't have enough towels and had only 1 tiny bottle of a shampoo, conditioner, and lotion! 1 tiny for 4 people? That's crazy! ..."

"The dehumidifier wasn’t empty. I do not believe before we checked in and it cut off and I emptied it and when I woke up the next morning, it was full again. We were leaving and I told them that it was full. That’s the only thing that I think that needs to be addressed"

"The carpets and curtains as well as some bedding had stains, the room could've been a bit cleaner. Also, there is a issue with flies in the rooms. Breakfast was ok..not many healthy choices for carb conscious people."

"The staff was so friendly! She greeted me right away and helped me get my queen sofa bed ready. The room was so clean and inviting. The furniture was gorgeous and clean. We booked a handicap room for my dad and it exceeded expectactions. The bathroom was perfect for him and he said his bed was the comfiest he's ever slept in. Breakfast was yummy and the surroundings were beautiful. I sat on the front porch in the evening and it was walking distance from some local coffee shops and boutiques. if you are in this area, please stay here! You will NOT regret it!"
