The answering line says to Press 1 for new reservations, and Press 2 for all others but when you press 2, it says the line is only for new reservations! When we called back and hit zero (0), the operator said she had no list of incoming guests to refer to (!!!) and gave us a Customer Service number instead. Customer Service couldn’t look us up by name either; they demanded our reservation number but all we had was the Hotels.com reservation number so she couldn’t help us either! VERY confused communications with Selinsgrove Inn and very frustrating. Also, why doesn’t Hotels.com provide us with the Selinsgrove Inn’s reservation number so we can speak to them with something they can look up?"
