"Good location. Spacious, updated rooms with everything you need. Pool could be bigger with longer operating hours. Elevator VERY slow and VERY busy. Was unaware of the 25$/nite parking charge until I checked in."

"The staff was very helpful, and always willing to make our stay comfortable. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The spa/pool was very nice, and the coffee/bar service impeccable! The parking is vast and available, the hotel is close to all the fun stuff in the laurentides. For the price it cost, it is a gem! Will book another stay for sure!"

"The room was clean and comfortable with ample space and a nice balcony. Parking is easy and there were lots of spots. The staff was kind, but some need a bit of customer service training (e.g. even if not yet ready to serve the customer at the front desk, you should acknowledge their presence at least)."
