We recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience.
On the positive side, the view from the 6th floor was beautiful, and the room was spacious with new furniture. The entrance lobby was well designed and nicely furnished, creating a strong first impression. The heated outdoor pool and hot tub were definite highlights of our stay. The staff were kind, polite, and helpful throughout.
However, there were several issues that affected the overall experience. The toilet flush was not working properly, and when we arrived, there was toilet paper left in the toilet along with some dirt residue, which made it feel not fully cleaned. The quality of the toilet paper provided was also poor. The hair dryer in the room was broken. Additionally, one of the two elevators was out of service, causing long waiting times.
We also noticed that one sanitizer dispenser was broken and the other had run out of gel. The bar on the main floor had limited options and lacked variety. Parking cost almost $47 per night, which felt excessive.
Another issue was the temperature control. Our room was quite cold, and it seemed the heating system was not working efficiently, while our friends’ room on the 2nd floor was extremely hot. The hotel felt expensive compared to the quality and service provided. The number of maintenance, cleanliness, and operational issues made it seem like the property may be suffering from poor management.
