It’s HORRIBLE, so bad, the don’t show the real pictures, the rooms are terrible, doesn’t has a sink it’s a concrete thing not hot water, smell the humidity every where in the room, old saggy bed, not elevator, this is by far the worst place I have ever seen. Do your self a favor STAY AWAY OF IT

This is a quaint hotel. Rooms were simple, but clean. I would stay here again if traveling through Veracruz.

Nice boutique hotel.

Great stay, friendly staff that seems to enjoy what they do. Clean room, everything worked well, we had no issues while there. There was however something I saw once I was leaving, the lady who was cleaning the bathrooms on the pool area swept te soapy water into the pool. But I did not use the pool so, I have no problem.

Great Hotel and Outstanding Staff

This hotel is wonderful, recently remodeled in a nice vintage/hip style. The rooms are simple but well done, very clean and exactly what one needs. What really made this experience wonderful was the staff. Such nice people and the food in the restaurant was well priced and delicious. I have to really say that the staff is what made my stay memorable. SO attentive, and again the food (breakfast is the only thing I had) was perfect... the chef came out to make sure everything was well and to just chat. HIGHLY recommend and will stay next time we are in Veracruz. The atmosphere is exactly what most big hotels are missing.. so don't let the name fool you.. nothing basic about this cool hip place.

El lugwr es tal cual, básico para lo que necesitas, limpio, la atención delxpersonal muy buena, la comida del restaurante de buen sabor y precio. El único tema es el agua de la alberca, un par de veces pedí la limpiaran por que se ve sumamente sucia, me dojerocwue lo iban a hacer pero el agua eataba igual, lamentablemente no pude utilizarla

Es muy buen hotel pero algo que no les ayuda es que no hay mantenimiento a las instalaciones y creo que eso no ayuda a sentirse seguro de estar ahí ,las regaderas no funcionan bien ,no hay agua caliente, la TV es muy pequeña a mis hijos les gusta cada vez que vengo me hospedo ahí pero si es bueno que chequen eso ya que con el tiempo todo se deteriora y no es grato llegar y ver un baño en mal estado
