People was very nice or employee the location is very good but the hotel needs more remodeling and they need a new microwave the one they got it to old also they offered bottle off water they don't give to the guest also end the website the seys they seys the got microwave and refrigerate and they don't don't put that on the website please..take that off from the website please

Pésimo servicio. Nunca mas regreso.

Pedí habitación con vista al mar, pero me pidieron que cambiara a una que estaba en la planta baja con una pequeña ventana que daba a una pared. Ofrecen cena y desayuno gratis y dos dias no me hubo. Dos dias amanecimos sin agua.

Las instalaciones están demasiado descuidadas, creo que no tienen presupuesto para poner una buena mesa de noche, un buen colchón, las cortinas de baño dan pena. En definitivo no vuelvo a ese hotel creo que necesitan hacerle reparaciones en todas sus áreas.

El hotel está bien, solo que al reservar por la aplicación, no se cumplió en el hotel lo que venía en dicha página. Sería bueno que se pusieran de acuerdo en la página y el hotel, por ejemplo marcaba una cama Queen en la aplicación de reservar y en el hotel me dieron una matrimonial. Tuve que pagar un poco más para tener esa cama. Pero para descansar está bien.
